EPS/PV-S AC/AC Frequency Converter 10000-150000VA

This series “EPS/PV-S” from EPS Power Supply are single-phase premium AC frequency converters to meet the requirements of frequency conversion, voltage regulation and stabilization, especially for high power applications.

Output powers from 10000VA at 33A to 150000VA at 1250A are available. The voltage setting, incl. Remote Sensing, is infinitely variable up to max. 300V 1-phase and optionally with a separate AC output of 400V or 600V. The frequency can also be set from 45-120Hz, or optionally separately up to 500Hz or 840Hz, via the TFT touch panel.

The frequency converters enable a high-dimensioned output that can supply all load types (resistive, inductive and capacitive) with a perfect sinusoidal output waveform. The converters are used wherever electrical devices are operated with different sinusoidal voltages and frequencies that deviate from the standard. This range of voltage and frequency converters is a powerful and cost-effective alternative to AC sources for laboratory use. To protect the device under test, a soft start as well as OVP, UVP, OCP and OTP are integrated as standard.

For automated tests, there is an Ethernet, RS485 and RS232 interface as standard and an optional analog interface. Curves with ramp or step functions can be programmed here.

Optionally, the devices can be overloaded by 200% for 2 seconds.
