Dispatch and costs
In general EPS Electronic Power Supplies Ltd. offers its products exclusively to the industrial branch and commercial companies as well as to educational institutions and authorities which are based in Germany. Abroad we deliver in general via our registered trade partners. Exceptions on request.
Order/delivery times
The order is executed immediately, at the latest however on the following working day on it after receipt.
The data of the delivery times are best data in condition of normal availability and are not binding. The actual date of delivery depends on the current store availability and in case of non-storing devices on the respective delivery situation of the manufacturer. The date of delivery is indicated in the acknowledgement.
Dispatch
Prices are quoted ex works Augsburg/Germany, additionally value added tax (outside EC), customs, freight, packing and transport insurance costs.
The amount of forwarding charges depends on the weight and is indicated in the respective calculation and/or quotation.
Payment
New customers make the payment in advance with 2% discount of the net value of goods.
